Creative founder of SouthOfMemphis, Tam draws on 25+ years in graphic design and print—plus her pioneering ’90s startup, Nexusweb Hosting & Design—to fuel practical web solutions for small businesses and startups. From senior corporate graphic roles to marketing director (Digital & print), she tunes into client needs with real compassion and empathy, crafting beautiful designs for the web and print. Off the clock, Tam tinkers in her workshop, whipping up handmade soaps and candles that keep things simple and soulful.

Surajit Dutta (Sura)

Seasoned full-stack specialist with 20+ years crafting robust web solutions, Sura specializes in React, PHP & MySQL, plus e-commerce powerhouses like Shopify and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal. A PMI member with deep project management chops across industries, he keeps timelines tight and budgets sane for small and medium businesses. Lately, he’s diving into no-code/low-code Gen AI tools like Replit to deliver smarter, cost-effective builds that scale with your business.
